Truett Seminary's purpose is to provide theological education leading to the Master of Divinity, the Doctor of Ministry, the Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, the Master of Theological Studies and related dual degrees in Social Work, Business, Law, and Music that is centered in the gospel of Jesus Christ and consistent with historic Baptist commitments to prepare persons to carry this gospel to the churches and the world.

We are committed to holistic student development by equipping students through theological and biblical reflection, spiritual formation, lifelong learning, ministry service, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
