Mowery & Schoenfeld is a full-service accounting and consulting Firm founded in 1996 with offices in Lincolnshire and Chicago, IL. The Firm’s services are divided into six areas – tax, assurance, outsourced services, transaction advisory, wealth management, and business advisory – each designed to meet clients’ current needs and help achieve financial success in the future.

We are a top 10 Illinois firm with over 110 employees.  Our annual growth rate is over 13% every year for the past 10 years.  We will continue to grow our team and our revenue each year; and we hope you will be a part of this journey.

OUR HIRING PROGRAM

Each year, we welcome students to our job shadow program in the summer; tax-audit dual internships in the summer, and tax internships in the spring. A new class of associates joins us each fall as we continue to grow our firm. We also welcome lateral hires at all levels throughout the year.

Once you join our team, you'll notice we do things differently than other firms. We support our employees from day one with a mentor, buddy, and career advisor. You will have regular check-ins and reviews with your support team. We reward those who help build our firm, embody our core values and take initiative for their own career.  Even as a first-year associate, employees gain experience working with clients and firm leadership, and begin to develop new skills and specialties as part of our culture of learning.
