Waller Equine Hospital is located in Waller, TX northwest of Houston. We have small town living with the convenience of the big city within 30 minutes. The practice employs 20 staff members including, two equine surgeons, three general practitioners, one intern, seven RVT’s and 8 other support staff members both part time and front office staff.  The equine facilities include a 20 stall barn, equine isolation unit, 12 paddocks, and 2 pastures. Our barn is staffed with a 24 hour support staff technician team, who monitors and cares for hospitalized patients alerting the doctors when needed.

We are currently in search of a general practitioner to expand our primary care practice. The position will give our new associate an opportunity to work and grow our primary care practice as well as opportunities to assist our existing clientele in reproduction and lameness if desired.  The position will also include a shared emergency case load between the other doctors.

Our hospital offers an opportunity with diagnostic equipment such as digital radiography, video endoscopy, gastroscopy, abaxis chemistry and cell count machines, ultrasonography, arthroscopy, large surgical suite with gas anesthesia and positive pressure ventilation as well as electrocardiogram, direct blood pressure monitoring, pulse ox, and end tidal co2.
