Southwestern Advantage is part of a family of companies consisting of a financial services company, a sales training company, a consulting firm, a real estate company, an executive search company, a fund raising company for schools and non-profits, and more. The internship that we are recruiting for feeds into all of these companies and focuses on leadership, sales, and business management training. The average intern in their first summer last year earned approximately $7,500 for twelve weeks of summer work.
Southwestern's internship works with students from over 200 universities in North America and Europe, and gives our interns the opportunity to relocate for the summer with the other interns selected from their school.
For over 155 years Southwestern alumni have taken the skills they learned, the character they built and their entrepreneurial spirit into hundreds of professions across the globe. The simple business model taught at Southwestern, coupled with the character built and principles developed create a unique foundation for success in any field.
