Our goal is to help new grads find a career opportunity that is a perfect match for their skills, attributes and career interests. Our process was designed based on research in the field of behavioral science and, in essence, this research predicts a direct correlation between the success we have in our careers and the skills and attributes we possess as individuals compared to the skills and attributes required by the jobs we do. If you are selected for an interview with Avenica, we won’t leave the table until we know you, what you can do, and what you want in a career. In understanding our candidates better, we then identify exciting employment opportunities that help them combat the often-frustrating “Catch-22” of needing experience, but not finding a job where they can gain that experience. Additionally, we will critique your resume, strengthen your interviewing skills, and provide you with job search advice. All costs for our services are paid for by our client companies – graduates who apply with Avenica NEVER pay us a fee.
