At Envision, we are dedicated to enabling students to discover their career and life interests, and providing them with the skills, resources, and experiences they need to successfully achieve their goals. Envision has been offering experiential programs to motivated students since 1985. Envision programs have served more than 800,000 students in more than 145 countries, with programs designed to build skills through experience. The Envision family of programs offers a complete continuum of leadership and career exploration programs, incorporating the Global Young Leaders Conference, the Junior National Young Leaders Conference, Congressional Youth Leadership Council, LeadAmerica and the National Youth Leadership Forums on Medicine, National Security and Law and CSI.

Working Environment:
Envision attracts dynamic individuals from various backgrounds who are passionate about working with students in third grade through college, by providing the skills and experiences students need to succeed in college and in their future careers. As a part of our team, staff members are provided with housing, meals and daily earned remuneration for training and conference work. Having taken part in tailored trainings, staff leave equipped with the knowledge to facilitate and implement our curriculum and program logistics in enriching learning environments throughout the United States. Working with our programs, staff benefits from expanding upon their facilitation, networking and various other professional development and transferrable skills such as public speaking, time and classroom management, and team building skills that will help them beyond their time with Envision. Many staff foster meaningful relationships with their colleagues beyond program life, adding to their professional network.
