VetEvolve was created in 2014.  The founders Paul Habenicht and Nick Lodestro are former marines who both had a passion for their pets and knew, based upon their professional careers, they could partner with veterinarians and offer excellent patient care and client service.  

VetEvolve currently owns 17 veterinary hospitals in Virginia, Maryland and Connecticut.  Each one is independently operated.  Every practice is different due to the area it is located, the clients and the team.  The veterinarians in each practice establish medical protocols and processes specific to their clientele and work with their practice manager to develop their support teams to be the best they can be.  There is no one size fits all.  VetEvolve collaborates with our teams to make sure each veterinary hospital remains unique while meeting the needs of the community it serves.
