Curriculum & Offerings

LL.M. students take classes from our esteemed faculty alongside J.D. students in fully-integrated classrooms. With an emphasis on an interdisciplinary approach to legal education, LL.M. students have the opportunity to supplement their law studies with courses at the Anderson School of Management, the renowned School of Theater, Film and Television, and numerous other non-law departments on campus.

UCLA provides in-depth bar exam support and course offerings, one-on-one career guidance, and an on-campus LL.M. employer interview and job fair. Students develop transactional and practical legal skills in hands-on experiential learning environments through clinical courses and externships.

Outside of class, you’ll explore Los Angeles’ vibrant communities and take in the city’s rich cultural, recreational, entertainment, arts, and culinary offerings in arguably the world’s best climate. Our lush, sprawling campus is ideally located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city, just 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Beverly Hills.
