Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy (CUWSOP) is located in Mequon, WI on approximately 200 acres of magnificent Lake Michigan shoreline. We are approximately 15 miles north of downtown Milwaukee. Our location allows for students to have easy access to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in urban or rural settings.
Our focus is to develop value-based servant leader pharmacists dedicated to advancing patient-centered pharmaceutical care in urban or rural communities. The School takes advantage of its metropolitan location to enter into alliances and strategic partnerships with local, regional, and national healthcare entities.
Program Highlights
Dual Degrees
CUWSOP offers three dual degree programs that enable students to earn a specialized master's degree along with their PharmD degree:
PharmD/MBA Business Administration
Tomorrow's pharmacy leaders are being formed today. This degree combination provides an exceptional path for graduates to prepare for management, administrative, entrepreneurial, and leadership roles in pharmacy and healthcare organizations.
PharmD/MPH Public Healthcare
As healthcare reform continues to be at the forefront of the healthcare industry, prevention-focused public health is projected to grow in demand and importance. Pharmacists can and should play a critical role in leading this discussion. The PharmD/MPH dual degree program allows students to focus on medication safety and pharmacovigilance concentration to complement their passion for service and desire to improve public health.
PharmD/MPD Product Development
Born out of collaboration with industry partners, the innovative Master of Science in Product Development gives students hands-on and industry-relevant experience taught by experts in the field. Students will choose one of two concentrations: Pharmaceuticals or Chemicals. As the only degree of its kind, graduates are prepared to fill an unmet need and become future leaders in the product development industry.
