Pharmacy-related research is flourishing at UB, thanks to our cutting-edge, multidisciplinary initiatives. Research endeavors are diverse, covering areas such as pharmacogenomics, pharmaceutical protein biotechnology, and computer-aided drug discovery using molecular visualization. Our reputation for research is global in scale, due in part to UB's overarching support for emerging research areas. Many faculty members have received major research recognition and major funding, making UB SPPS the second most productive research program in the nation for NIH funding.
