CRI is a holding cooperative. That means CRI is the mother cooperative to three unique subsidiaries – AgSource Cooperative Services, Genex Cooperative, Inc. and MOFA Global. This organizational structure enables CRI to effectively and efficiently provide services that benefit each individual subsidiary. Talent and career areas available within CRI are described below.

AgSource Cooperative Services
The AgSource subsidiary, headquartered in Verona, Wisconsin, is a producer-owned cooperative that delivers quality, timely and accurate analysis, providing valuable information and innovative solutions to improve decisions and profitability of members and customers.
AgSource is the largest full service DHI (Dairy Herd Improvement) provider in the U.S., offering on-farm milk recording and sampling services, laboratory analysis, data processing, animal health diagnostic testing and herd management information. With locations throughout the midwest and northwest U.S., AgSource Laboratories is one of the largest soil testing organizations in the nation. Adding to the array of testing conducted by AgSource is the food and environmental area.

Genex Cooperative, Inc.
The Genex subsidiary, headquartered in Shawano, Wisconsin, is the trusted provider of world-class animal genetics, progressive reproductive solutions, value-added products and innovative services to members and customers.
Genex produces both dairy and beef semen with a focus on breeding for health, production, efficiency, fertility, fitness and calving ability. Genex sales and service representatives deliver semen, provide reproductive management services, market herd management products and apply value-added programs.
Central Livestock Association, a Genex company, serves as a sales outlet for cattle, horse, swine, sheep and goat producers in the Midwest U.S. Farm Systems, a division of Genex, operates in the Midwest as a leading provider of high-quality farmstead and milking products.

MOFA Global
The MOFA Global subsidiary, headquartered in Verona, Wisconsin, assists customers around the globe in achieving success by developing and effectively supporting the use of advanced assisted reproduction technologies through superior quality products and customer service.
MOFA Global develops, manufactures and markets assisted reproduction technologies for porcine, bovine, equine and canine. In 2004, MOFA Global established the International Center for Biotechnology where a team of first-class scientists conducts research in advanced reproduction technologies, molecular biology, cell biology, DNA and genomics, and much more.
