  • Flexible Time Frame: Each organization chooses their own chat times during the event

    • Each fall and spring semester, Education Career Services hosts a Teacher Career Fair. More than 100 recruiting entities from Texas, across the country, and abroad attend these fairs seeking to hire UT graduates and job seekers from the public.

    The morning portion of the fair is reserved for attendees to browse and meet recruiting entities. Some recruiters may choose to schedule screening interviews in the afternoon. This decision is at the discretion of each district or organization.

  • an employer profile page showcasing your organization's unique brand
  • your own organization's exclusive chat room allowing for real-time engagement
    in group and personalized one-to-one interactions
  • unlimited number of recruiters may attend chat sessions
  • tool to conduct video interviews (optional feature - not required)
  • tool to conduct video and/or audio broadcasts or screencast presentations to multiple attendees simultaneously (optional feature - not required)
  • multi-recruiter access to search resumes, preselect from, and capture
    resumes of registered candidates (option to create resume books)
  • unrestricted time frame to filter and export candidates' profile details and contact info
  • unlimited job postings
