Keynote Speaker - Kathy Fuertes - Vice President of Technology at Infosys Vice President at Infosys and member of the Retirement Center of Excellence leadership team. Serves as retirement domain advisor for our retirement client relationships. 25+ years of experience in retirement technology and operations. Prior to joining Infosys in 2020, Kathy was CIO for Vanguard’s retirement business line. She was a member of the team that built and executed the strategy for the industry-leading partnership between Infosys and Vanguard. In addition to her 22 years of retirement technology experience, Kathy also held roles in Vanguard’s Corporate Strategy organization and Vanguard’s retirement business organization where she led the strategy and launch of Vanguard’s small market 401k business. Kathy holds degrees in Computer Science and Management. Kathy is a member of Infosys’ Global DE&I council and co-sponsors the Infosys Americas DE&I Council. Moderator - Rachel Wilson - Intern at Infosys Rachel Wilson is a rising senior at McGill University, studying Political Science, Economics, and Communications. Beyond the classroom, Rachel is very involved on her campus, serving on the McGill Women in Leadership board, the Model United Nations Delegation Team, and was recently named the editor-in-chief of the Pre-Law Review. She has recently completed an internship through the Infosys In-Step Program, where she was assigned to the Infosys Foundation USA. Over the summer, Rachel has assisted in the Foundation’s efforts to make STEM education more accessible to underserved communities, working with non-profit organizations, governmental bodies, and NGOs. After graduation, Rachel hopes to pursue a career working with non-profits to ensure equal educational opportunities for all students. |
