Gayle Oliver-Plath, is an accomplished entrepreneur with a 19-year history of specializing in recruiting and consulting, growing from her initial success in executive resume services as the founder of Execume, a career services firm. I think everyone should know how much I enjoyed meeting and working with Gayle as an intern for CareerEco in Summer 2008, so I'm happy to post my recommendation of here on the site she created:

When I think of Gayle Oliver one word comes to mind first – inspiration. From the day I met Gayle, at our first intern meeting to talk about forming CareerEco.com, her far-seeing vision and infectiously optimistic attitude inspired me. She represents everything I, and many of us, aspire to be – a successful entrepreneur who is compassionately giving back to her community through her commitment to the Green and Sustainability Movement. As someone with no experience building a business, when CareerEco ran into some of the minor complications start-ups often face, it would have been easy for me to get discouraged, but Gayle’s positive attitude and inspired leadership always saw us through to the other side. I was a pleasure for me to work for Gayle Oliver, and I would recommend her to anyone as a boss, mentor, or colleague.
